Rabun County EDA decapitated.

The Rabun County Economic Development Authority has had 3 major resignation announcements recently. Bobby Cheek, the Chairman, has resigned. Mark Smith, president of Community Bank and Trust was promoted to Chairman, only to Resign. Smith says that he's not someone who likes Political Unrest, and so he's staying away from the conflict between the CVB and the Chamber of Commerce. AND Randy Deliot, Executive Officer of the EDA has announced his intentions to resign, and will be retiring as of June 30th.
