France Sees the Light
This is the third announcement by France that they aren't completely blind. The first was President Chirac's seemingly out-of-the blue announcement about France's Nuclear deterrent. That was followed by a story in the news featuring information about France's increased nuclear capability, which cannot be interpreted except as another signal by France.
Of course France has to refer to their nuclear arsenal, because frankly they have no other arsenal. They know darn well Iran is seeking nuclear weapons, and since the Parisian Suburb riots, they've learned that their surrender before the shooting starts policy isn't going to keep them from being a target by Iranian backed terror groups as the Iranians work by hook and by crook to insure dominance over the middle east.
