PRC is FOS
China's Web monitoring the same as West
"After studying Internet legislation in the West, I've found we basically have identical legislative objectives and principles," says Liu Zhengrong vice head of the Beijing Department for Internet Affairs Bureau of the State Council Information Office, now a wholly owned subisidary of Google.
What Bureaucrat X fails to mention, is that the Chinese Government is not bound by its own laws, where as free societies face censure from a free press, and in free courts.
It's all the more heinous for its hypocrisy.
