Here Comes The Cavalry
I'm pleased to announce that my brother's case has been taken by the Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund.
Formed by some great legal minds who can see the travesty that the anti-law enforcement forces in this country have perpetrated. And they are a selected group that only takes on those cases where the officers under indictment were clearly in the right and operating properly.
The LELDF will help our family pick up much of the cost of an expensive defense, hopefully enough to compete with a rogue district attorney who uses the taxpayer's money to prosecute their protectors.
Of course this is by no means over, but hopefully this latest good news will at least even the score a little bit when this nonsense goes to court.

Hopefully, this will be a means to quicker end to the case and the out come will be just.
