The War we aren't fighting...

Ledeen says, rightly, that we are, and have been at war with Iran. Well, I guess they are at war with us, one should say, since we clearly aren't fighting back. Our failure to acknowledge this undermines the value of our invasion into Iraq to begin with. Overthrowing Saddam, and liberating Iraq allowed us to flank the Iranians, and split them from their Syrian allies. Now, as they pour across the border, either their Revolutionary Guard units, or their co-opted sunni and shiite terror units, and we sit around muttering about the "Iraqi Insurgency". It's not an Iraqi Insurgency, its an Iranian Insurgency We watch dumbfounded, as the UN lets Iran get away with advancing it's nuclear weapons program, (either bought off with access to oil, Seeking to create a diversion for their own strategic aims, simply incompetent, or wrought by internal divisions and self-hatred)

Things need to change. And soon.
